Bramble

Bramble 1 Rock Glass (8oz) 40ml Gin 15ml Crème De Mure 20ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 2 Raspberries 1 Lemon Slice 1 Cup of Crushed Ice Build in gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup over crushed ice. Pour crème de mure over the top. Add garnish to serve.

Disco Sling

Disco Sling 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 30ml Gin 10ml Cherry Brandy 5ml Lemon Juice 5ml Lime Juice 5ml Orange Juice 2 Dashes of Angostura bitter 1 Lemon Slice Shake and Strain into glass. Add garnish and serve.

Chi Chi

Chi Chi 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Vodka 15ml Malibu Rum 15ml Coconut Cream 125ml Pineapple Juice 1 Pineapple Wedge 3 Strawberry Slices Blend all ingredients till smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and strawberry slice.

Coco Colada

Coco Colada 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Brown Crème De Cacao 45ml Coconut Cream 125ml Pineapple Juice 1 Pineapple Wedge Blend all ingredients till smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.

Havana Special

Havana Special 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml White Rum 10ml Cherry Brandy 60ml Pineapple Juice 1 Cherry Shake and strain into glass. Garnish to serve.

Diablo

Diablo 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml Currant Vodka 30ml Blackberry Liqueur 30ml Pineapple Juice Shake and Strain into glass.

Passionfruit Margarita

Passionfruit Margarita 1 Rock Glass (8oz) 45ml Tequila 10ml Cointreau 30ml Passionfruit Puree 15ml Lemon Juice 15ml Lime Juice 10ml Sugar Syrup Caster Sugar Rim glass with sugar. Shake and pour everything into glass.

Kiwi Margarita

Kiwi Margarita Rim glass with Sugar. Blend all other ingredient with ice. Garnish with Kiwi Slice.

Strawberry Margarita

Strawberry Margarita 1 Rock Glass (8oz) 30ml Tequila 15ml Strawberry Liqueur 15ml Cointreau 15ml Sugar Syrup 15ml Lemon Juice 1 Strawberry 1 Lemon Slice Rim glass with salt. Blend all other ingredient with ice. Garnish with strawberry and lemon slice.

Orange Margarita

Orange Margarita Rim glass with sugar. Shake and pour everything into the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with an Orange slice or Lime Wedge.
