Orange Margarita Rim glass with sugar. Shake and pour everything into the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with an Orange slice or Lime Wedge.

Shampoo 1 Champagne Glass (Chilled) 15ml Gin 15ml Lemon Juice Dash of Pernod Dash of Blue Curacao Sparkling Wine Lemon peel Pour Gin follow by lemon juice, pernod and blue curacao into glass. Slowly top up with sparkling wine.

Japanese Slipper

Japanese Slipper 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 30ml Melon Liqueur 30ml Cointreau 15ml Lemon Juice 1 Cherry Shake and strain into glass. Garnish to serve.

Fallen Angel

Fallen Angel 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml Gin 15ml Crème De Menthe 30ml Lemon Juice Dash of Angostura Bitters 1 Cherry Shake and strain into glass. Add cherry to serve.

Red Blossom

Red Blossom 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml Gin 15ml Peach Liqueur 15ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 2 Bar Spoon Raspberries 3 Blueberries Shake with ice and strain into glass. Garnish to serve.

Grape Martini

Grape Martini 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 60ml Vodka 15ml Sugar Syrup 6 Red Grapes 6 White Grapes Muddle 5 red and 5 white grapes with sugar syrup in the shaker. Shake and strain with ice into glass.

OLE

OLE 1 Martini Glass 45ml Tequila 30ml Banana Liqueur Dash of Blue Curacao Shake and strain into glass. Dash of blue curacao into drink.

Freddie Fudpucker 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml Tequila 15ml Galliano 60ml Orange Juice 1 Orange Slice 1 Cherry Shake and strain into glass. Garnish to serve.

EL Diablo

EL Diablo 1 Rock Glass (8oz) 60ml Tequila 30ml Blackcurrant Liqueur Ginger Ale 1 Lime Wedge Fill Glass with ice cube, add tequila and blackcurrant liqueur. Top up with ginger ale and squeeze lime wedge to the drink.

Porch Swing

Porch Swing 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Bourbon 15ml Raspberry Syrup Dash of Rose water Sweet Tea Mint Leaves 1 Raspberry Build all ingredients over ice in glass. Top up with sweet tea. Garnish to serve.
