Hot Buttered Rum

Hot Buttered Rum 1 Tall Glass (Handled) 50ml Rum 15ml Brown Sugar 150ml Hot Water 15g Butter A Grating of Nutmeg Mix rum, sugar and hot water until sugar dissolved. Add butter on top and grate over with nutmeg. Drink once the butter has melted.

Berry Collins

Berry Collins 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Gin 30ml Vanilla Liqueur 15ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 2 Tablespoons Blueberries Lemonade Muddle the blueberries with sugar syrup in the shaker. Shake and pour other ingredient. Top up with lemonade.

Citrus Blush

Citrus Blush Half-filled glass with crushed ice. Add lime juice, limon and gin, stir well and top up with grapefruit juice.

Cranberry Sparkle

Cranberry Sparkle 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 15ml Vodka 10ml Lime Juice 125ml Cranberry Juice 125ml Lemonade Build in and stir with ice.

Gin Palace

Gin Palace 1 Champagne Glass 15ml Gin 15ml Blackberry Liqueur 10ml Vanilla Liqueur Sparkling Wine 3 Blueberries Build all ingredients in the glass and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with blueberries.

Green Lantern

Green Lantern 1 Rock Glass (8oz) 45ml Tequila 30ml Pineapple Juice Cilantro Few Mint Leaves 1 Tea Spoon Chopped Jalapeno Muddle mint, cilantro, jalapeno and pineapple juice. Add tequila and ice, shake and double strain into glass.

Rob Roy 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 45ml Whiskey 25ml Martini Rosso 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters 1 Orange Peel Stir all the ingredient with ice for 90 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.

Expresso Martini

Expresso Martini 1 Martini Glass (Chilled) 50ml Vodka 20ml Expresso 10ml Sugar Syrup Shake and strain into glass.

Sea breeze

Sea breeze 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Vodka 60ml Cranberry Juice 60ml Grapefruit Juice 15ml Lime Juice 1 Lime Wedge Shake and Pour into glass. Garnish to serve.
