Hot Buttered Rum 1 Tall Glass (Handled) 50ml Rum 15ml Brown Sugar 150ml Hot Water 15g Butter A Grating of Nutmeg Mix rum, sugar and hot water until sugar dissolved. Add butter on top and grate over with nutmeg. Drink once the butter has melted.

Berry Collins 1 Tall Glass (10oz) 45ml Gin 30ml Vanilla Liqueur 15ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 2 Tablespoons Blueberries Lemonade Muddle the blueberries with sugar syrup in the shaker. Shake and pour other ingredient. Top up with lemonade.
