Build all ingredients over ice in glass. Top up with sweet tea. Garnish to serve.

- 50ml Rum
- 15ml Brown Sugar
- 150ml Hot Water
- 15g Butter
- A Grating of Nutmeg
Mix rum, sugar and hot water until sugar dissolved. Add butter on top and grate over with nutmeg. Drink once the butter has melted.
